Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the myfone.app mobile application and website (the "Service"), operated by Confera, LLC. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

2. Description of Service

myfone.app is a VoIP application that lets you purchase US phone numbers, make and receive voice calls over the internet, and manage your account through a prepaid wallet. The Service requires an active internet connection. Call quality depends on your connection.

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. One account per person.

Violations may result in immediate account termination and cooperation with law enforcement.

7. Emergency Services (911)

THE SERVICE DOES NOT SUPPORT 911 OR EMERGENCY CALLING. DO NOT RELY ON THIS SERVICE TO REACH EMERGENCY SERVICES.

Your myfone.app number does not correspond to a physical address. Emergency dispatchers cannot determine your location from it. The Service may not work during internet or power outages. You must maintain a separate means of contacting emergency services.

8. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content are owned by Confera, LLC. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the Service.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. All data, phone numbers, and remaining wallet balance are permanently forfeited. We may suspend or terminate your account for any reason, including violations of these Terms, illegal activity, inactivity, or law enforcement requests.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONFERA, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR SIX MONTHS OR $100.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Confera, LLC from claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law (including the TCPA and Truth in Caller ID Act).

14. Dispute Resolution

You agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting support@myfone.app for 60 days before formal proceedings. Unresolved disputes will be settled by binding arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules.

YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR CLASS ARBITRATION.

You may opt out of arbitration by emailing legal@myfone.app within 30 days of accepting these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. For disputes not subject to arbitration, you consent to exclusive jurisdiction in California courts.
